Warranty Policies

The following “Limited Client Warranty Information” describes U-Reach’s standard limited warranty.

What do the warranties cover ?

Our warranties cover the defects caused by non-human factor in material or workmanship in U-Reach products. Only U-Reach clients who purchase products directly from U-Reach may obtain coverage under our limited warranties. All warranties are restricted and defined per the market region in which the product was purchased.

What is not covered under the warranties?

Our warranties do not cover any problems that are caused by:

(a) Shock, heat or humidity beyond product specifications.

(b) Improper installation, operation or unauthorized modification.

(c) Malfunctions caused by other equipment.

(d) Any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual.

(e) Our limited warranties are voided if a product is returned dismantled, with damaged labels or any alterations, including removal of any component.

U-Reach India Product Warranty

The manufacturer provides a basic one-year parts and labor warranty for all duplicators, inspectors and sanitizers. Adapters provide 6 months warranty. Cables, sockets, and other consumable items provide 3 months warranty. E-mail support is available for the life of the product as defined by the manufacturer.

RMA Request:

  1. Confirm the product issue with the original retailer which the product was purchased.
    Product serial number and problem description are mandatory information.

Note: If the product is returned without a serial number, the S/N sticker is damaged or the S/N is inconsistent with the product, the  product warranty will be deemed as void.

  1. Return the machine to U-Reach.

a) If the system is within warranty, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the machine back to U-Reach. Please pack the product extremely well to avoid any damage during shipping. We highly recommend you use the original shipping box. If the product is damaged because of improper packing, U-Reach will not be held responsible for the warranty service as the product warranty will be deemed void.

b) If the system has an expired warranty, the S/N label is having damage or the product is damaged by misuse, abuse, accidents, or inappropriate handling and installation that makes warranty be rendered nullified, the customer will be responsible for the cost of inspections, repairs and round-trip shipping cost.

c) For the goods which is not defective, U-Reach keep the rights to issue customer for shipping and inspection fees.
