Q1. The equipment does not turn on.
Please check the following:
• Is the circuit breaker (switch on the bottom) turned off?
• Is the AC power cord properly connected to the AC power connector on the main unit and the AC outlet?
Q2. The destruction process does not start when the START button is pressed.
Destruction cannot be started unless the screen displays “Ready START button to press”. If any other screen is displayed, refer to the “Normal Screen” page.
If “Door Open” is displayed, check the work door and tool door and close them securely.
Q3. The error lamp blinks, “ERR” is displayed on the screen, and it stops working.
The elevating table may not have returned to its original position.
Refer to “How to Clear Destruction Tool Jams” and work to return the elevation table to its original position. For other situations, please refer to the “Error Display and Remedial Action” section.
Q4. The text “Tray is not available” and “Tray Mismatch” are displayed on the screen.
Please ensure that the tray and tool are correctly installed. If the correct combination is used but an inconsistency or “not available” is displayed, there may be dirt on the side of the tray, preventing the sensor from responding (refer to the diagram below). Please wipe off the dirt with a cloth or similar material. Additionally, if there is dust or debris on the table where the tray is placed, please remove it. If the issue persists, please contact tech support.
Q5. The screen displays “no tool available” or “Tool Mismatch.”
Please verify that the tray and tool are correctly combined. If the correct combination results in an inconsistency or “not available” error, it could indicate a sensor malfunction. Please contact tech support.
Q6. The power suddenly went off during the demolition work.
Possible causes include the circuit protector being triggered by a temporary overcurrent.
After approximately 5 minutes have passed, please switch the power back on and try operating the device again. If the power goes off again, there is a high possibility that internal components of the device have malfunctioned. Please contact tech support.
Q7. The screen displays “Overheat detected”.
This message is displayed when the temperature exceeds 60°C. While continued use is possible, it’s worth noting that the pressure may decrease when the oil temperature in the hydraulic pump is high, which can result in insufficient destruction, such as holes not being formed properly.
To cool down the device, please stop using it for about 30 minutes. Especially during continuous demolition operations, it is recommended to use the device in a well-ventilated area and consider using a fan to aid in air cooling.
