UReach believes that under the ESG (Environmental Protection, Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance) global trend, no company or individual can stay out of it.

To respond to the appeal from major brand customers around the world, UReach is determined to jointly promote corporate sustainability. Under the direction of the CEO, a CSR team has been established, and through the ISO 9001 management review meeting (risk and opportunity management procedures), we integrate the opinions of groups and individuals in each department and identify the five major stakeholder groups, including employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders (investors), and distributors.

We set up a management policy for corporate sustainability that addresses the concerns of each stakeholder group and discloses and responds to the management effectiveness of each major issue in the report.

In UReach’s corporate sustainability report, the CEO especially encourages all employees to serve customers with professional and pragmatic enthusiasm, and to establish the brand value of reliability and integrity in the hearts of customers. Being “Data Equipment Experts”, all UReach employees are motivated to deal with their work with pragmatic attitude and thinking to strengthen UReach’s corporate culture and social responsibility. We establish trustworthy relationships with our customers and suppliers, and at the same time, take on the responsibility of corporate citizenship with all stakeholders, exerting positive influence to fulfill corporate social responsibility and contribute to environmental care.

In the future, the Corporate Sustainability Report will be published annually, , covering the five main strategic directions of Corporate Governance, Green Purchasing, Commitment to Sustainable Environment, Employee Policies and Social Inclusion. In terms of products, we will devote ourselves to product development and technology innovation, while adhering to strict quality management to provide customers with high-quality products; in terms of customer service, we will enhance after-sales service and satisfaction surveys to provide customers with better service.

UReach continues to listen to the needs of its customers to increase their trust and looks to achieve a sustainable environment for the company.
